Curry Turkey/Chicken Salad

¼ c light mayo
2 T yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 t cider vinegar
½ t curry powder
¼ t salt
Dash or two of cayenne pepper
Black pepper to taste
¼ lbs roasted turkey breast, diced (Or Substitute Chicken)
1/3 c chopped carrots
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 T craisins
2 green onions chopped

Mix dressing ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients and serve in lettuce cups or crackers.
