cole slaw

1/2 c mayo
1/3 c sugar
1/4 c milk
1/4 c buttermilk
2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8tsp pepper
8 cups chopped cabbage (size of rice)
1/4 c shredded carrot (1 medium--about the size of rice)
2 tbsp minced onion

combine dressing ingredients, mix well.  Add cabbage and carrots.  refrigerate at least 2 hours.

serves 10-12
