1 head broccoli,
(chopped into small pieces)
½ red or sweet Maui onion, finely chopped
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup raisins (or cranberries)
½ to 1 cup toasted sunflower seeds or slivered almonds
1/4 cup crumbled bacon
Mix all ingredients together and add dressing.
Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sugar, 4 T. white vinegar.
